The Human Resources Authority holds a virtual forum to introduce the training and employment program for engineering graduates in cooperation with the Maritime Dredging and National Petroleum Construction Company Group

The Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority and in cooperation with the National Marine Dredging and National Petroleum Construction Company - Dalma Gas, organized a virtual introductory forum entitled "Program for Training and Employing of Engineering Graduates" on Monday, 17 January 2022, to develop the capabilities and employ job seekers from mechanical, electrical and chemical engineering graduates.

This common cooperation between the Authority and the Marine Dredging Company Group comes within the framework of the two parties' keenness to push the sustainable and prosperous growth of the national economy using young Emirati competencies characterized by skill and specialization in work, and to promote Emiratisation in the labor market of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and to enable national skills to achieve their aspirations in an ambitious and successful career path that supports the requirements of future economic sectors.

The Authority has under this partnership nominated at least ten job seekers registered in its database to join the training program that ending with employment with "Dalma Gas" after the successful completion of the requirements and training period, provided that the company schedules job interviews under the Authority's supervision and access to the final lists for those wishing to enroll in the two-year program, and the company shall pay their salaries after successfully passing the job interview and specifically from the date of actual appointment and signing contracts in February 2022.

To apply for the program, the candidate must be a male UAE national looking for job,and registered with the Authority, provided that his age is between 24 and 30 years old, and is also required to obtain a grade of excellence (GPA3) in the target specialization.
